Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://visionlandscapinghomestead.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, Vision Landscaping markets and arranges Garden Installation, Grass Installation, Lawn Mowing, Mulching, Stump Grinding, Tree Removal, Weed Control, Yard Cleanup. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Ownership. Vision Landscaping (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.

Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.

Account Closure. Vision Landscaping reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

As-Is Basis. https://visionlandscapinghomestead.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Vision Landscaping makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.

Limitation. In no event will Vision Landscaping's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vision Landscaping from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under FL law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in FL for any related dispute.

Modifications. Vision Landscaping may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
